ALPHABEASTS

When schools closed down for Covid, I had no idea what I was going to do. As a single mom, it was hard enough to adjust to the changing world, much less become a "teacher" to two boys. I wanted to be creative while supplementing their education. That's when I started drawing the Alphabeasts. I let my kids guide the design for each letter, telling me what they thought about colors and shape. As I drew them, I would share them with my kids and post them to my social media channels. My goal was to share the letters with other parents stuck in the same boat we were. As time went by, I started getting requests from parents AND teachers to post each letter as a coloring sheet. They became pretty popular and a fun and exciting way everyone to connect. Eventually we came to the end of Covid mandate and the alphabet. By that time, I collected all of the letters I had drawn and completed a coloring book, picture book, stickers, and more. Because this project was so much fun, my family has started to digitally sculpt each letter. We started with the letter "R", in honor of my youngest son.
